Quality standards towards our centrifugally cast products

We ourselves impose the highest standards of quality. An extremely specialised quality assurance team monitors our grey cast und nodular cast iron products, such as cylinder liners, guide tubes, hollow shafts and spools, until they are delivered to the customer. We always employ proven processes meticulously tailored to our production. These include operator self control, automated process monitoring, extensive quality control during production, and final inspections.

Precision for liners and other mechanical parts

As our products depend above all on precision and consistently high quality, we place great value on every employee having the highest expertise in this area. We cultivate an ongoing, systematic exchange of information and knowledge between our quality assurance staff and their colleagues in production. Ultimately, people make the quality difference– and we can rely on our team in this respect.

Our customers have constant, transparent access to the inspection results. Quality assurance documentation is usually carried out according to DIN EN 10204-3.1. If customers prefer to have alternative documentation, we offer this too, of course.

This high quality is confirmed frequently in the marine sector, through external tests of our products by engineers from all the major classification societies.

We are certified as an approved materials supplier by the foremost classification societies. We have successfully passed extensive certification with Germanischer Lloyd and Lloyds Register, and have obtained permission to create certificates independently. Our expertise is systematically monitored and verified in this respect by regular audits of these classification societies.
