Quality Assurance and Environmental Management 

Quality conscious, customer oriented, reliable and innovative – this is the guiding principle for all M. Jürgensen employees. Independent experts from Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) have officially confirmed that the Integrated Management System used at our company meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001. 

Intensive training and our organisational resources ensure that at M. JÜRGENSEN quality, environmental and safety requirements are systematically implemented. Regular internal audits provide valuable information that is used in the ongoing optimisation of our management system.

Risk Management

M. Jürgensen operates with a high degree of risk awareness and carries out constant training in this area. A professional risk detection and assessment tool uses checklists and plausibility checks to ensure that potential, previously unknown risks are regularly identified. It is also used to review the nature of existing risks. New and existing risks are continuously managed together. Remedial or contingency measures could be carried out, for example, but sometimes an appropriate degree of awareness by the employee responsible suffices. 

In any case, it is important for us that every employee fully understands that the responsible handling of identified risks is one of their management tasks. This is especially true for our management team.
